| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in Michigan must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical Michigan street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of Michigan or an entity authorized to do business in Michigan, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
